The Marriage Course is a series of 7 sessions designed to help any couple invest in their relationship.

It’s a great opportunity to spend time together as a couple looking at the important issues in your relationship.

The Marriage Course is very practical and will help equip you with the tools needed to build a healthy relationship that lasts a lifetime. It is now being run in more than 28 different countries.

Each week you are given the opportunity to enjoy some food together and listen to a talk. Then there is plenty of time to discuss the topic as a couple. There is no group work involved at any stage of the course and you will not be asked to discuss anything about your relationship with anyone other than your partner.

Who designed the course?

The course was started by Nicky and Sila Lee in 1996 and was updated in 2009, they are on the staff at Holy Trinity Brompton – the London church that started the Alpha course. They have been married for over 35 years and have 4 children.

They have spoken to thousands on the subject of marriage and are the co-authors of The Marriage Book which has sold over 210,000 copies since it was first published in 2000. The Marriage Book was revised and updated in 2009.
