Prayer

What a massive privilege it is to be able to pray, knowing that God always listens and loves to answer our prayers. Prayer isn’t a religious thing, it’s a relational thing – relationship with our Father in heaven. Prayer isn't about making our requests known to God, it's about drawing near to him, so that his desires become our requests.

 

Fundamental to the outworking of our vision is our commitment to pray together. Our regular monthly Prayer Meetings are at the heart of Bridge Community Church and are supplemented by a termly Week of Prayer where we give ourselves to seeking God.

We also make time to pray together before our Sunday morning meetings (8:45am at Bradley Stoke Community School).

 

In addition there are lots of other informal contexts where people are gathering together to pray each week.
