The Leadership

We realise that it can be quite daunting visiting a church for the first time and it can be quite hard to work out who is responsible for what. Here we have outlined who is responsible for what in Bridge Community Church, both in our Bridge (North Bristol) & Hope (East Bristol) congregations.

At Bridge Community Church we are committed to team leadership which we believe brings strength and security. We currently have two Elders, Nick Todd (Lead Elder) and Chris Rowell. To ensure that our congregations are well cared for we have leadership teams focused on each congregation. Over time we anticipate these teams becoming Eldership Teams. Nick meets with both teams on a regular basis, and Chris leads the Bridge Congregational team.

Bridge Community Church

Nick Todd (Lead Elder) is married to Sarah and has 4 children. Nick is responsible for leading Bridge Community Church and also runs his own technical training business.		Chris Rowell (Elder) is married to Annelie and they have a young son. Chris leads the Bridge Congregation and works full time for Bridge Community Church.			Sheldon Carlisle is married to Rachael and they have a young daughter. Sheldon leads our Hope Congregation and works in legal recruitment.

Bridge Congregation (North Bristol)

Paul Wood is married to Camilla and works for Orange.		Mick Lugg is married to Maggie and works for the MOD.		Ben Tyson is married to Karen and works in IT.		Jamie Finlay is married to Debbie and is a primary school teacher.		Dotun Olowo is married to Femi and works for UWE.

Hope Congregation (East Bristol)

Simon Homer is married to Teresa and is a secondary school teacher.		Andy Rogers is married to Jane and runs an IT company
