Our Vision

In the summer of 2008 God spoke very clearly to Nick Todd (Lead Elder of Bridge Community Church) about building a church that is:

 

 

Possible through the Cross

Empowered by the Spirit

Rooted in the Bible

Growing in our love for God

Growing in our love for eachother

Growing in number

   

 

Proclaiming truth

Displaying righteousness

Blessing communities

Serving the poor

 

 

Training new leaders

Releasing gifting

Sending out workers

Planting new churches.

 

At the same time Nick felt God impress on him the word ‘DOUBLING’. Instinctively we think in terms of numbers, but we believe this doubling word is about more than just numbers. If it is possible to quantify, we are looking to double the amount of glory that we bring to His name as we WORSHIP Him, GROW together, SHAPE community and REPRODUCE church.
