Steve's Story

Well I've always known there was a God - that question didn't come into my head. I was just not in a relationship with him.

I'd seen posters on the back of buses and stuff and all I can remember is the invitation to "Explore the Meaning of Life." I wondered what this meant, I didn't consider it to be directly linked with God.

Then some Christians invited me to an Alpha Course. My response was "I've heard of that, alright I'll see what it's about." So I went to an introductory meal and the rest is history. The Alpha Course has given me so much to be grateful for - from having a relationship with God to being in his world wide family. I mean it changed my life when I knew that God loved me, it really did.

It's the case that I live each day knowing God's love for me and knowing his forgiveness. What else can I say? It's just let me know the purpose of life and the meaning of love.
